Has anyone lost their Siruis radio artist alerts?

I've done a Sirius refresh, a master reset, and disconnected the battery for 15 minutes. Nothing worked so far.

I've done a Sirius refresh, a master reset, and disconnected the battery for 15 minutes. Nothing worked so far.

I get a splash notification on my screen. No sound alerts though . If you don't notice it while you are driving, you will never know about it. For a system that gives you everything to keep your eyes on the road , it seems kind of stupid to me. Even to save any song or artist alert it gives you a little bell icon .

If you hear a band or song that you like , you can set an alert to let you know that its playing on another station . In my 2019 F150 it would make a sound and show you what channel it was playing on then give you the option to tune to that channel. Now in my 2024 F150 it just splashes on the screen with no sound. You can save up to 10-15 of them.

I've had Sirius for over 20 years and never knew about these alerts.

The alerts are a function of your audio system, not Sirius/XM.

I actually got a few alerts on mine today, so I haven't lost any.

I don't get audible alerts, I just get the notification pop up on the screen. Maybe the audible alerts are an option but I don't want that. It's hard to miss the visual alert.

My 2019 F150 had the audible alert and I loved it because I don't always see the visual . I do miss that feature in my 2024 F150.
