Shipping time for Bedrug from RealTruck?

What is the average shipping time for a Bedrug liner? I placed an order on 26 Aug with Realtruck and so far nothing. Three days ago I send a message through their website asking about this, no reply.

Is checking with Bedrug directly and ordering from them an option? Perhaps they can ship right away and you can cancel the Real Truck order?

I searched Tuesday trying to find a phone number at Bedrug with no success. Thursday I plan to cancel the RealTruck order and place an order through Ford, they show the liner in stock.

I ordered mine through Amazon, had it like 2-4 days later. I liked the bedrug idea but it holds more dust and stuff than you think. I tried to wash it like they say but I didn’t have much luck. But overall it’s a very nice system.

Hmm, Bedrug has changed. They really push you to retailers now. I once ordered one from Amazon. No issues. I'd trust that option. Order from Ford if you want, but won't that be the more expensive option; like more than Amazon?

Realtruck is inconsistent. I ordered repair parts for a BAK and it took them 9 days to ship and another 5 to get to me. A buddy order Husky Liners on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday. Go figure.

I have had orders ship in 1-2 days, other times it took 2-4 weeks depending on if they actually had it in stock or not. A couple times I waited well over a month for an order to ship and ended up having to contact their customer support to cancel them since this cannot be done through the website. They almost always have excessively long hold times when calling in, can take multiple days to respond back to email support requests and take a very long time to actually issue refunds.

Yep...I learned a long time ago not to deal with Realtruck CS if I can avoid it. Better to reach out directly to BAK Cust Support.

Compared to RealTruck, Ford was $10 more which I would have gladly paid if I had known RealTruck was going to take so long to ship.

I had one in my 2014, used it for many years and very much liked it which is why I ordered another when I bought my 2025.

got mine from amazon 4 yrs ago... quick and cheaper. love it I just throw a small tarp over it if hauling anything messy...vacuum occasionally never had to wash
