Service Advance Trac message after auto stop start

This happened Thursday. I came to a stoplight and was wating to turn (light was red).
Normally I turn off auto stop start but forgot.
Just as I take my foot of the brake, I get a Service Advance Trac message.
Truck did not restart.
Next Message said shift to neutral to restart.
Took a couple of seconds to process.
Shifted to park, restarted and continued on.
Next 3 days the truck has acted normally.
Ford Pass shows no active alerts vehicle health good.
One other thing that could have contributed. I was stopped on a slight downhill grade, and the truck started to roll forward as it started to restart.
No stability control light/symbol.

Same thing happens to me every 20 or 30 stops, I get the service advance track message and also forward collision assist unavailable, then the shift to park and restart. Most of the time when I put my foot back on the brake pedal and start to reach for the shifter the engine will restart, every now and then I will have to actually shift to park and push the button (usually when your in three lanes of rush hour traffic!) Most annoying! Dealer can't find any codes, or problems. I sometimes forget to disable start/stop when I start driving, would be a darn sight easier just to be able to trust the system!
This is my only complaint with this truck, other than that it is an amazing vehicle.

I am assuming all the warning messages etc. are the result of the involved modules not seeing expected inputs due to being in gear and the engine not running with foot off brake pedal.
Also one time this occured my Ford app reported ABS faults.
