Roush Fox 2.0 Suspension Kit Missing Bushing

Update 5/2/23: Roush took care of the issue! Just need to get the coil over swapped out. Big sigh of relief.


Hi and thank you in advance!

I recently got the Roush 2.0 suspension kit installed on my 2021 F150 XLT v6. The front passenger side had a thumping noise coming from the wheel well while driving so I had it looked it by a local shop. After reviewing it the shop called and said the front coilover is missing a bushing. I picked up the kit from American Trucks and they referred me to Roush for a warranty claim. At the moment I have not heard back from Roush.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

I attached the exploded view below. I think it is the lower #71 that is missing.

There is no bushing on top. Only thing on top is a nut and washer to the to hold the top hat on #6 on pic

Thanks Bob, these are the stock struts. I’m referring to an after market set made by Roush and Fox.
