Retracting Runner boards

There is an option for when they open in the settings menu.

Features/Running Boards/ Turn on/off approach detection. Also consider selecting extended time if you don't mind the running boards staying out a while before retracting. I kept finding my self triggering them in and out a lot, so the extended timer does a lot to save a bunch of cycles.

In addition to what was said below about the running board setting in the Truck Features Tab on the bottom of the screen, I set mine up to save the running board setting in the bottom middle of the screen. You can pick one quick pick button so to speak. That way when I go through the wash, I deploy them quickly.

We have a veteran owned car wash in Tulsa that does a 30/month 1 premium wash per day deal. It is a no brainer if you like a clean truck!

I do this when I have to park in a crowded parking lot, to hopefully stop any doors from hitting the paint. Starting the truck returns it to normal operation.

I NEVER park next to anyone EVER. Sometimes I'll have a bit of a walk, because of that. I'll remember your suggestion. Great idea rpold150?
