Request VIN Lookup Thread

Hey guys, looking to see if I have a problem. I have 2.7.3 which I got on 7/25/2022 but haven't received anything since then. I have checked my settings to verify its setup right. I did have my APIM replaced in that time frame so looking to make sure nothing broke. I ran my VIN via Fords website and I have updates pending.

Can someone check my VIN? Ford is saying i can't get my lane centering issues fixed until they have an update on the 21G01 program.

Also, interesting is it says hands-free driving is available until 10-09-22. Just bought the truck in February of 23. ?

Looks like I got 22-PU0727-VI-FXB over night Sunday or early Monday morning, and suddenly BlueCruise was enabled (on my birthday — Hmmmm.) I was not expecting it yet as I had understood there were a number of updates that had to come first. If someone could lookup this VIN for me to let me know what I've received lately and anything in the queue, I'd be mighty chuffed and just as grateful.

Edited to add: SYNC 4 version now shows 22177_PRODUCT Revision: 473

your apim is updated to 22177 which is relatively recent and you have a GWM OTA pending. FDRS

just left the dealer at last schedule maintenance before warranty down. They insisted I was up to date but sorry, 3.5.3 would be up to date. They tried to show on my truck. I insisted that I had done everything on my end to trigger an OTA and reschedule updates but to no avail.

they said they would check up on the VIN and call me in a few days but I think they don’t get it.

@rugedraw Thank you for your help previously. The dealership performed the APIM update per the TSB, Can you check and see where I stand now so I can monitor moving forward. Thanks! My fordpass only told me I had alexa now, no info on the version. 22293.610 sync version.

you have received recent GWM OTA fine but failed APIM OTA 2 times. I am unable to see your current sync revision on oasis for some reason. FDRS shows only a couple

I dont see any recent service history on your truck so I dont know what the dealer checked. No OTA and no recent OTA but you are on sync 22177 so you have been updating at least. FDRS

oasis shows that you are currently on sync 22294, but you are also have 3.5.3 ota with apim update kind of in progress. It shows downloading but oasis shows you received the update yesterday and your current sync level reflects that.

you have received a lot of OTA lately getting you to PU 2.8.1 and sync 22177. While not most current, at least you seem to be getting them recently and regularly. FDRS
