I purchased my 2021 SuperCrew in January 2022. Before I could take delivery they had to do the factory recall/swarranty on it. It was completed the week that I picked it up.
So, I just checked mine and in fact the isolator was sagging and just about touching my drive shaft. This is an easy temp fix before getting the dealer to fix it, which of course they don't have all the parts that they need. The isolators are held in by standard upholstery push in fastener for the most part, but where mine was sagging, it looked like there was actual bolts that were missing. There are in fact threaded holes and indents in the isolator where it looks like something was holding it up. In any case, I checked all of the plastic fasteners, and all were loose, so a good push and resecured them. One of the fasteners by the fuel tank (drivers' side) was not even in the hole.
- For the 2 holes that were missing whatever hardware was originally there, I cut 2 stainless bolts (F593C THD) down to about 3/4 inch and used a stainless washer (1-1/2 inch) to resecure the isolator.
