And with about 300lbs of Costco in the bed.

There was the most badass 21+ SCAB next to me earlier with the 8ft bed and some pretty cool stock 18" bead blasted aluminum wheels that I had only ever seen on one other occasion.

Removing the blocks was so easy. No driveline vibrations mainly because the pinion angle should be the same. The blocks were flat 1.25". I do want to move to add bumpstops and maybe airbags one day, but I don't have any heavy loads Im planning soon.

Did you replace the U bolts and if not did you have to use washers on the old ones
I bought washers just in case, but didn't have to replace the U bolts at all. They do stick down a little, but it's not even close to how low the pumpkin is. I needed a 13/16s deep socket. If I could have gotten my electric impact in there, this would've been a fast job. Still only took like 45 min. There's a very slim chance I'll put the blocks back on one day, so I didn't want to cut the bolts down or anything like that.

Looks good. I'm on the fence of doing this myself. I've got a 2.5" level sitting in the garage but can't decide which direction I want to go.

If I raised the front to level it, I would have worried about the ball joints. Plus you definitely need bigger tires otherwise it looks kinda goofy. I would have appreciated a little extra clearance though. A little rake, not much, is a good thing. I do plan on changing sizes to thinner 33s when the stock ones go.

lol Alright so the fuel door is plastidipped black. I like it, wife hates it, everyone else seems to hate it too lol. I think it gives the truck some dimension personally.

It does that, my first glance first reaction was "Why that black hole in the side of his truck?"

The second thought was "I wonder what happened to his OE color-matched fuel door?"

Oh well, TETO, no worries!

The camera really makes it look like a black hole. It looks better in person for sure and matches the plastic trim perfectly.

Ive debated and debated on this for a while. I have a 1.5 motofab front level sitting here. My concern is that removing the blocks will cause issues with pinion angle. But Ive read where members, not mechanics or techs, mention its the same as putting weight in the truck?

No it's not quite the same as putting weight in the bed. The blocks I had from the factory (screw 5.5 bed fx4) were flat, so removing them didn't change any pinion angle. I don't have any pics of the blocks, but it's just a iron brick basically. There's another thread somewhere with all three of the different blocks and their angles.
