RAPTOR vs XTL Side mirrors

Came to work today and there was a Raptor that I ended up parked beside. I noticed that this truck had color painted side mirrors, and what looks like probably a camera on there also at the bottom.
My XLT just has non painted plastic mirrors BLIS indicators

Is it simply just a different outer cover that we can "upgrade to" that comes already painted ( I'd imagine my paint code would be available ) or is this something Raptor specific and will not work that easily?

Yes, the painted and non-painted mirror caps are interchangeable. I did this mod on my XLT and it looks great.

There are sellers out there which can source and will paint the mirror caps to your truck’s paint color. I found the part number online then went to an online seller to source and paint the mirror caps.

If you buy the paintable caps direct from Ford, I think they come plain. Color will need to be added at a body shop or similar location.

I just got some painted covers on eBay. Cheap, matches perfect, mounts with 3M double sided tape.

Of course it's a two step process. I was hoping this might be a little easier than buying and the body shop and such - if at least they were already painted it would be a little easier. I will try and find someone who can sell them pre=painted to the correct code.
