I’m a bit lost in what to do. I currently have a 21 Platinum with the Carmelo interior which is going on hold. Interior is super cushy which I enjoy. I have a 22 Raptor on order and another opportunity for purchase. Given the differences in plushness, I’m lost at whether I want to give up the Platinum. I love the look of the Raptor more, but would only use the off-road potential 1-2x a year.

who has either gone from a 21/22 Platinum to a 21/22 Raptor or vice versa? Which was better?

I had 2020 Raptor and now waiting on the platinum. I never used the raptor to it’s full potential, I put about 15k in performance mods to it. Loved it, but at the end of the day I prefer comfort over performance now!

If I knew for a fact that I would never tow my RV's (or need the Powerboost ProPower generator) I would be a Raptor diehard.

But as amazing as that suspension is, what makes it extraordinary also hurts its towing prowess.

I obviously need to win a lottery?

I hear you - I need my Platinum and a Raptor at this point HA! I tow a pontoon maybe 1-2x a year which could easily be handled a Raptor fortunately. I’m with you though, I use my ProPower regularly, so that’s a must.

I have a similar issue. I have both an F-150 Platinum and a Raptor on order. I'll have the Platinum first, but I'm trying to figure out a way to get the wife onboard with two trucks -- at least until I decide which one I like better. I use my truck mostly for hunting, fishing and regular trips to our beach house.

Hunting, fishing, and beach....... Hmmmmm..... In my minds eye that's a lot of potential off-road adventure.

That one's easier.

I went from a 2021 powerboost platinum to a 2020 Raptor and love it. I had 35 inch tires and level kit on the platinum which did mess with the ride comfort alittle. The Raptor just absorbs large bumps in the road or off-road better. Both comfy trucks! But Raptor looked better IMO and I wasn't getting good fuel economy in powerboost like some.
