2 very different trucks - Raptor will have better resale down the road but it is wider and taller so parking and daily driving will be slightly different. Blue cruise is fantastic and absolutely worth it in California traffic along with the massaging seats. I went through the exact same debate and ended up with a loaded up platinum at the same cost of a Raptor or limited. If you can drive both do, the Raptor has a different feel to the ride that just wasn’t for me but many people love it.
May I ask why you loaded up Platinum instead of going Limited directly?

I didn’t want the interior of the limited I prefer the black interior and since the limited doesn’t offer black platinum was the only choice.

I do plan to install the fox 2.0 suspension whenever a 2021 version is available so I didn’t want ccd either which is standard on the limited I believe. Other than that they are the exact same truck but limited has 22” wheels and platinum has 20” wheels.

I’m just the opposite because I like the blue interior on Limited, but the problem is there is no A/T tires and skid plate option on Limited while they are available on Platinum…

I can tell you after previously owning 3 Platinums, the Limited interior, specifically the seats are WAY different. Yes, they are the same truck. But no, they are not the same truck.

BTW, what’s the fair purchase price for a Limited or a Raptor? Is that MSRP or invoice price or even below invoice?

The only way to get a fair price right now is special order from a dealer thousands of miles away. A summer road trip in your new truck might be fun though!

Not sure what's fair currently, but I paid MSRP in November.
?That’s a bad news for me. I saw other guys from the forum get even below invoice price in 2021 by ordering one and waiting for the delivery.

I just traded a 2018 Raptor in on a 2022 Limited and I can say for certain that the Raptor rode better and handled better than the Limited. I guess I should have just put power steps on the Raptor to help get my old but in/out. :)

I recently swapped trucks with my good freind who has a 2021 Raptor. ( he needed my long bed) :) LOL ....Those Fox shocks are magic . Even with big chunky tires , it swallowed SO Cal potholes and uneven roads like a champ. And don't forget the Raptor also comes with Coil springs which is also is a better ride compared to Leafs. I think both will have very nice interiors.
