Radio cutting out

My ‘23 F150 lariat PB is at the dealership because my radio is cutting out when it shifts into electric mode and comes back on when the ICE kicks in. Currently my dash is disassembled and the tech is at a loss. He is contacting Ford engineers and I was told it will take a few days.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it repaired so I can tell the tech?

Just an update… after consulting with fords engineers, they decided to replace the amp but it will take 3-5 days to receive it. We’ll see if this fixes it.
