Finally I purchased one and I am happy I did! I ordered the biggest one and these frames are freaking heavy. 103lbs each!
Pictures show the lift points and the casters I installed to help with moving them across the garage floor. I also installed an electric hoist to help with hanging them on the wall. The locking arm on these frames should really face outward and I overlooked it this time and faced them inward. It is a safer practice to have them face outward. I also used a padlock to connect the two ends of the chain. Not sure if they are rated for this job but I was just too lazy to go out. Will probably use something else next time to connect the two ends of the chain. Let me know what you guys think and if I should do anything differently.

I have had the same set of quick jacks for about 6 months and also zip tied the $1 rollers from harbor freight to help slide them into position. I’ve used them on my other vehicles but not the truck yet.

I have three vehicles and I knew the min and max jack points on these would not reach the jack points on my BMW but I wasn't going to order two sets so when these came I was able to lift the BMW placing these perpendicular to the car and It worked out well. I will not go under the vehicles with this jack unless the wheels/tires are on and I have jack stands under the car.

It's a small 2-car garage and I would just lose it if I don't keep it organized. Already planning my next garage but first I have to sell this house. I am envisioning a 4-car garage. 1 tandem so 3 doors. Want to turn the back one into a wash/detailing bay as it is illegal in my neck of woods to wash your cars on the driveway. Analogy is that they don't want the chemicals to be dumped in the storm system hence a wash bay with trough drain connected to the sanitary.

Nice I have the same set. But I do see an issue the quickjacks in the first pics are backwards. The auto locking stop is supposed be on the outside of each frame. I haven't seen the caster wheel setup before. I'm gonna steal that idea from you for my set they are a pain to slide on concrete.

For my frame hangers I put them just high enough on the wall so each frame needs to be lifted just a little bit to hook on and rest with the frame wheels still on the ground.

I fix software bugs!
I just rotated my tires last weekend and wondered if they make something like this. What is the maximum weight capacity each one can hold?

TIA

I did mention in my initial post that the locking arms should've been pointed outward but thank you for bringing it up and as for the hangers, hindsight is 20/20 and I only realized your point when I went to lift them on to the hangers! The 2x6 hinged blocking is to prevent them from tipping over should the hangers give away as a car will be parked in front of them over night and I don't want them to fall on the car.

This set is rated for 7000lbs. Well over the weight of my PowerBoost. I actually used them today to rotate my tires and it made it a walk in the park.

One more thing that is worth adding, with the electric hoist and casters I don't do any lifting whatsoever. I just roll them to the pick up point and the hoist does the rest. This is priceless to me as I tried to maneuver these a few times without the casters and lifting them upright ready to be lifted on to the wall and I nearly regretted my purchase. I am also not that young anymore!

Wow, yeah I totally missed that you mentioned in the first post.

As I said above, I have this same set 7000TLX. I am glad I have them, and have no regrets spending the money. That said, even though they are called Quick Jacks, you have to get them off the wall, slide them under and get them lined up in the correct spot (the castors that I added too do help), hook up the hydraulic lines, and raise them up. In that same time, you certainly could use a traditional jack, and four quality jack stands, and have your vehicle up in the air on those 4 stands, probably quicker. I don't think these are necessarily any more safe or secure than jack stands either, maybe a little bit. So, you don't HAVE to spend the $1875+ to buy these. I'm sure many already have a jack and some jack stands in their garage. I want to reiterate, I'm glad I bought them, and would do it again, but to each his own.

They are on a bit of a sale right now, which might get better for "black Friday" if you can wait.
