Questions about Statuses

Hello All!

I want to get feedback from everyone here. I have a F150 order date of 7/1, It has been assigned a build date of 8/19 and went into production 8/20, It had a ETA of 9/20 delivery date. Over the week end it jumped to 10/31 ETA. Any Ideas what would of caused this? I figured once it made it into production it might take a week or two to build but now I am confused. I have contacted FP and they have never been able to give me any details about anything. I had to push to get the Vin from them. Anyways can you guys give me some details. It seems some of you know all this information that I am over here like how did you get that info. I was told by a member here it is at the Dearborn facility also.

Dealer said it was probably because of the spray in liner, I can accept that taking a little bit but not adding a month and 10 days to the process.

10/31 seems to have been a catch-all date for a lot of members here. I would anticipate it will move forward again once it gets back from the third party provider (spray in liner).

Thanks for the insight! Looks like ours are going through the process together. Would you know if that might mean that the truck might be done minus the spray in bed liner just holding it up? When I saw the 10/31 date I instantly thought it was maybe the chip issue and they ran out before finishing mine.

Ordered 2/21 (Limited fully loaded) and it also HAD a 10/31 but now shows 8/22 ETA End Date. Pretty sure it's still the chip thing. Looks like mine has been built since 4/25/21. Still no ship date showing.
