Hi,
I just changed insurance companies to Progressive since they had the best rate bundled with my home owners insurance. Anyway I'm part of the Snapshot program, they have now sent me two devices and neither reported any trip data. I have a 2013 BMW and the device they sent specific to that BMW works fine, but the ones they send for my 2021 F150 will report in as connected but does not actually send any data.
I'm wondering if anyone can confirm they are using Progressive's Snapshot program and it's working with their 2021 F150 or if Progressive needs to update their software to work with the new 2021 models?
