Priority Update 23-PU1009-SS-NS

I received this update a couple of days ago(23-PU1009-SS-NS). One of the features of the update is "Approach detection functionality has been added to you vehicle". This feature is called welcome lighting. It can be turned on or off under the lighting setting. I have never had Welcome Lighting (301A) and still do not even after the update. I am curious as to why the update states that Approach Detection functionality has been added to my vehicle, when it has not. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I believe it's a generic message for all trim levels; you get the other things mentioned?. Your 301A has a flip key yes? Those keys do not have the transponder in them for approach detection to work.
