Pre-collision avoidance warning

Is any one else experiencing a recent change in the behavior of this warning system? I put the first 19K on only seeing this once when I forced it to make sure it was working. This last week it’s gone off about four times in situations where it shouldn’t. Twice on open streets where no other traffic was present. All sensors appear to be normal. Is this a software update sensitivity change?

I get the “unavailable” message pretty regular in the early mornings.
Heavy fog or a bit of condensation will set it off.
Has always sorted itself out at the coffee stop on my way to work.

not sure, but I think it will self clear on its own while underway with no notification given
