Ford sells vehicles and loans on vehicles and vehicle service. They will do whatever we (or, more accurately, enough of us) tell them to do. They're even willing to break the law to do it.....just ask Ram, Cummins and VW. They would sell Pintos with lawnmower engines if enough of us bought them.

When vehicles pile up on lots, that's when stupid decisions get reconsidered. Not before, and generally not even after. We are the only people who can make vehicles pile up on lots. That's why I keep ranting about a truck with lightning torque and 40 MPG and a 1440 mile range on a 36 gallon tank; we will not get it until we demand it by refusing to buy less good stuff.
