Has anyone else had poor customer service from Ford?
Bought the Powerboost specifically for towing our camper and it broke down (for the second time - 12k miles on it) right before our first big road trip. I get that stuff happens but then Ford didn’t have another truck I could rent for the road trip (had to rent a Ram 3500). Now they are only willing to reimburse for 1/3 of the cost to rent. Any way to get Ford to do the right thing here?
