What’s the most amount of charge your hybrid coach is displaying. I can only get about 1/2mile from my max charge which is shown in the image. I’m curious to why the hybrid coach range bar is much longer than what the charge indicator is showing. Does everyone’s max charge display this length? I’m wondering if they can extend the charge range in a future update

If you’re asking why the blue bar doesn’t go all the way to the end, I think it is because they are trying to show a blended “power meter” similar to what Toyota does. You have power available past that blue bar, but it will be hybrid power. If you floor it, it should fill up white almost to the end of the bar.

Yes, I can see what you're saying. That make sense as the Hybrid power does fill up the bar. Thanks.

No problem. The one thing I still can’t figure out is what that green bar around the speed on the speedometer means…(shown just on the right edge of your picture.)

This is the speed limit warning notification threshold set at + or - 5mph

The instrument panel graphics for battery and hybrid and regen need a bit of a rethink.
Why not just start with a bar graph showing three graphic bars with a numerical value beside the bar:
battery kWh and %
battery output kW
regen input kW

footnote: I've not seen a complete explanation of the speedo decorations and there's several graphics that are not explained in the owner's manual.
I don't think it promotes safe driving practices to encourage the driver to even momentarily focus their attention on the speedo to discern what these little pixels mean …

At the very least it would be preferred if it was more customizable to at least enable these type of metrics over the current simple display.

The green bars on the speedometer are "eco" bars. It's meant to show you an economical acceleration/deceleration range. When you are changing speeds, the white line moves within that range. If you speed up or slow down too quickly, the white line goes outside the green bars, showing you that you didn't change speeds as best as you could. It will affect your eco mode score as well.

That sounds about right. I haven't found it described in the owner's manual … it's there but they skip over it and get on to important stuff like how to adjust the temperature or the seat angle … : |
