Power steering column not moving

Hello I seem to be having a weird issue. My tele/tilt column works fine in easy entry exit. But it doesn’t work when I want to adjust it myself. My adjustable pedals and memory functions all work. I am only getting one code for the column. Is it possible for the column to go bad?
