Power Running Boards w/Black Accent Free?

On the 2022 F-150 lariat, I have seen multiple window stickers of the power running boards on the black appearance being free with no charge? Is this correct, because typically optional items are not free? Any insight, is much appreciated, so I can add if I need to on my order! Since we still don’t have a build and price update!

That does seem to be the consensus, yes. Even my DORA shows it as free.
