Easier to buy a Curt D-Ring shackler mount trailer hitch. Rated for 13,000 lbs so more than enough for any truck, even in a ditch. I keep one along with a snatch strap under the rear seat of the truck.

I feel much better about having the load on the truck's trailer hitch with its 11,600 lb rating than something bolted onto one side of the frame where the force is not spread evenly.

Any ideas for a 2023 F-150 xl for rear tow hooks
Just change the bumper bar assembly with one from a tremor. Because you have a 2023, the trailer harness socket and harness will be in the right location. If you had a 2024 non-tremor, they swapped trailer harness socket sides, and the cutouts don't line up in the bumper bar. I think this is why the 2024 Tremor still uses the same bumper as the 21-23 because of the bumper bar and wiring differences. Disconnect all of the wiring harnesses from your bumper (trailer hitch, license plate lights), and then remove the entire bumper assembly. Then swap the bumper bar/hitch assembly from your current bumper and re-assemble.
