yup, go into the engineering pages, see what voltage is. I bet they charged it and pushed it out the door.

Me, if voltage is down again, go get an aftermarket battery. Once I changed mine, all issues went away.

Dealer returned my truck, the only fault registered was "Left Rear Door Open", so drained battery might have been my fault, self inflicted. Dealer did adjust the rear door latches (Super Cab) I was very impressed with Ford and the Dealer's, Cotrac, customer service Five Star all around.
A lot of people including myself had bad batteries. Mine was replaced after 8k miles on my 2022. My experience anyway hearing my service guy tell me

Ended up a bad battery. Because similar happened about 8 months ago, with no real known cause and a software update seemed to fix it then, we suspected something other then the battery this time around. Had this been the first incident of a drained battery we would have suspected the battery right away; but with the history we read too much into it. Oh well, I do appreciate everybody's comments. Thanks.

I hope this battery lasts longer then 18 months and 15,000 kms (9,300 miles)

Good morning! I would like to look into this battery concern on my end. To get started, could you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer?
I have had mine at the dealer twice with a "we reset the BMS and can't find the problem." I'm seeing signs (auto start/stop not working again) that the problems clearly isn't fixed. Dealer doesn't have a clue. What are we supposed to do? This is getting ridiculous.

I've just seen too many battery issues. I had some "electrical Sysytem Warnings" and service truck issues right before Thanksgiving a year ago. Because of some aniticpated family get togethers I just pulled into a NAPA dealer and bought a replacement battery. Not a peep since.

There are some things you can do to make a battery last. For example, put in on a low rate, 2 amps or less, initial "wetting down" charge. This charge is intended to ensure all active material is converted and activated. I did this on the replacement battery and it went over 10 hours before full charge was reached.

At the end of the day, I believe Ford had a batch of bad batteries. Take your truck to a good place like NAPA and just replace the battery.
