Took my '23 PB in for an oil change the day prior going to my grandson's graduation at USC in Columbia, SC. I was told the Catalytic Converter was bad and they couldn't get one for a couple of weeks. Anyway, took the truck on the trip then extended into VA, WV, OH, KY and back home. Wife wanted to see the grandkids in VA and then do the Columbus Zoo and I wanted to do the Buffalo Trace Distillery. As always, I absolutely love driving this vehicle and this trip was no different. Maintained the speed limit the majority of the time except the last 450 miles, Atlanta to Vero Beach, when I decided I could make it home the last day w/out another night on the road, then I up'd the speed.
....I-75. No problems, truck performed like a champ, Costco 87 Octane, gas at the majority of fill-ups. I didn't do a total gal/total miles hand calculation but was pleased with that the lie-o-meter said, figuring it's about .5-1 mpg high. Photo of the trip data is posted. Not sure if the inop Catalytic Converter impacted anything or not....Cheers all
