OTA updates stopped, download indication keeps showing up

So a few months ago I got an OTA for “vehicle communication”. Photo attached. Since then I keep getting the Icon that there is a OTA to download, but when clicking on details I keep getting the same message as in the photo, that being that the install is complete. So I seem to be in some kind of OTA glitch cycle. I’ve also included a photo of where the various versions of software are at. Any thoughts? Anyone able to run the vin and see what’s going on?

It's common. We call them phantom update notices. You do not have a pending OTA trying to install at this time. There is no sure-fire way to get rid of the phantom update notice AFAIK.

Thanks. makes sense. I would add that I had regularly got OTAs and since this last one the frequency has dropped, dare I say stopped. Wondering if the lack of OTAs is indeed related.

Mine is stuck on same communication update for several months.

I had one stay listed for over a year...finally disappeared when I used FDRS to update my APIM. You have now joined the Phantom Update Club. Many of us are members.
