I'm looking at the 30" OnX6 Dual Control
I’d remove the lower louvers and notch the grille support! Unless you want it in front. I’ve also seen somebody trim out the lower portion of the grille fascia to tuck a light bar!

If you haven’t already bought the bar have you considered this?

Yeah bar would be out in front of the grille.

I've mulled over that lower pod light setup, I just can't get over how much I hate the offset license plate holder. Thought about tucking two LP4's on each side of it but don't think there's enough room.

That’s a 3” diode dynamics SS3 max pod!

After mocking up an attachment of the OnX6 with the Sherpa brackets I'm going to revise my plan. For one, the depth of the light means it will sit out further from the grille than I anticipated. Not nearly as "slim" as the bars posted above. Second, I don't really trust mounting a $1200 bar to a plastic grille.

Think I'm going to return and go with a different setup. @SpaceWhiteF150 can you provide some more details on your pod light setup in the lower front bumper pocket?

Let me know what info you want! My bracket allows for 2,3,5 pod setup or up to a 20” light.
It uses all factory bolts, you just loosen your bumper and slide it in!

Gotcha, can you PM pricing and lead time info?

Looks like LP4's won't fit down there (4" ish pocket, they're 5") but I might start with some squadron pro's on either side of the license plate bracket and go from there. Can always do the license plate relocation bracket and go with more.

For sure I’ll send a pm!

The biggest lights that will fit are 4” pods, you might be able to squeeze 5” depending on the bracket used on the pods.

Anyone had luck with a mounting solution for an OnX6 bar to the grille? I'm hoping to imitate @dre276 's mount in the thread below, but can't figure out if there's a mounting bracket that attaches to the OnX6 that would allow for a through bolt install to a vertical surface.

We sell a kit for this actually. Dual 10" OnX6+ behind the grill AND we're one of Baja Designs largest dealers... complete kit is here:

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/shop-all/kr-off-road-behind-the-grill-kit/

Works on ALL 2015+ Trucks. Raptors, non-Raptors, grill doesn't matter as long as you have some holes for the light to shine through.

We sell complete kits with 6x pod lights or 2x 10" light bars. TECHNICALLY you could mount 12x pods or 4x 10" light bars (2 on top, 2 on the bottom) since our bracket is pretty much universal.

Here it is with 6x Diode Dynamics pods on my truck

But works with dual 10" bars also as I said.

Not sure how I missed this. Maybe thought it was Raptor only. Does the grille impede on the light projection much?

My 2023 XLT grille is not as evenly patterned as the ones pictured.

Well yes there will be some light blocked because of the grill but not enough to matter.
