Onboard scale option with a levelling kit?

Interested in hearing specifically from people with the onboard scale option on their F150 who installed a levelling kit. Can you confirm that your scales still work or not after having the levelling kit put on? My onboard scale screen just sits on zero when weight is applied to the bed now and the screen does not move. Dealership said they are not able to recalibrate it. Ford said to remove the levelling kit. Just trying to gather some data from other's experiences in trying to troubleshoot what is going on with mine. This is a great tool, I ordered the truck custom for towing trailer, and I want to get it working again. Thanks.

Have you verified that the sensor is still installed? Only work done on the front? Do you have a obd code reader?

yes all 4 sensors were untouched. only the front was lifted up 2 inches, nothing in the back. I do have a code reader, but there the truck has no codes, everything seems fine. if I open the app however, it says onboard sclaes not functional, take in to dealership. Only on the app though, the truck screen doesn't say anything is wrong, it just stays on zero when I apply weight to the bed.

what senor specifically are you referring to and where would I find it and what does it look like? I just want to make sure. The ones behind each tire with a little silver rod that goes in and out of a plastic black housing - those are all untouched behind all 4 of my tires.

Those are the ones i was reffering to. I would recommend doing a suspension calibration with forscan or FDRS. That would be my step #1. Depending on what you are using for a code reader, you may not be seeing some of the codes.

Not sure if it's related, but my scales and smart hitch never worked on my app. Even prior to my level. I always got the same message I suspect you're getting...

I don't know. I had the level installed in November and haven't towed or hauled with it yet.

If you are curious about it you don't really have to wait until the next time you haul a heavy trailer. I can put my truck on the scale screen and go stand on the back bumper and tell its not functional.
