@pedalquickly Mike, The settings you require for DRLs on all the time, regardless of headlamp switch position are in the BCM, called "DRLBYAUTOLAMPS". Disable these and the drls will work all the time, but will by default dim when headlamps are on.

I may have figured it out. One of the problems I have been having for a long time was seat and steering wheel memory. It would not consistently remember the steering wheel position regardless of what I set in the infotainment for easy entry (i think its called). I knew that profiles had something to do with that so I quit using profiles and disabled easy entry. Now the seat and steering wheel stay where I put them. SO with no profiles the settings in the DRLbyautolamps really did nothing for me. I went back and created user 1 profile and enabled DRLbyAutolamps Personal 1 and DRLbyAutolamps Vehicle, they are working. Either way I would be interested in adding the DRL switch in the infotainment if you know how.
