Oil changes on a $60K vehicle should not be a financial concern in any way. When in doubt, just do it. I changed mine at 500 miles, then every 5000. It's my truck, and that's my story.

Oil changes on extremely low milage

I changed the oil at 877 on my 2024 5.0. Plan to take it in to the dealership this month at the 6 month mark ~2700miles now.
regardless of miles I change every vehicle every 6 months or 5K miles. I do the older ones myself. Oil and filters are cheap.
TRX - 3600 miles...first oil change was at 1000 miles. and every 6 months regardless.
392 Wrangler - 2700 miles...first oil change at 577 miles and every 6 months regardless.
...again if it is a lease or you don't plan to keep it past warranty then do the minimum
