Oil change reset reversed?

Hey there! Recently changed my oil and reset the counter on the truck. After an hour or so, checked the app and it had reset as well. Perfect, bing bang boom, done. It's been almost 2 weeks and today I got a notice to schedule and oil change. Low and behold, my oil reset reversed. Has anyone experienced that? Not the end of the world or anything but didn't know if there some way to avoid that happening again in the future. Thanks

Yes, happening to others too. Seems to be affecting the PB trucks more than the ecoboost…see here.
