3.5L PowerBoost Oil Change Indicator in Dash Issue

I had an oil change about 1,500 miles ago. And my dash and app were reset by the dealer. Yesterday my dash popped up and said 0% oil life remaining, but FordPass says 8500 miles still.
Has anyone had to issue before or know how to fix it?

Reset oil life on dash. Make a note of odometer

See if behaves normally
Have you run the pb on generator mode for extended times.
