odd difference in price/coverage on first day/extended rental on ESP

Am I missing something here?

It looks like $50 for first day rental gets $40/day up to 10 days.

Extended costs $130, or 2.6 times as much, and only adds half that?

Is there another difference that I'm missing?

I’m also researching the ESP warranty threads to purchase soon. My truck has been at the dealership for 12 days straight while they chase down a vibration. They gave me a Lincoln Corsair as a loaner. Does the ESP coverage stop at the 10 days mark and then I have to pay out of pocket after that?
