Odd clicking

2023 f150 hybrid 6000 miles, I just noticed a loud metalic clicking sound when pulling into driveway or coming to a stop. Can't hear it with the windows up. Is this just the electric motors or something else. Truck has already been to the shop twice for other issues.

Do you have the Max Tow rear axle? Could be a broken axle bolt rattling inside a rear wheel hub behind the center cap.

looking at the receiver setup I have I don't believe I have the MTP
