Noise on cold starts

I have a weird whirring/grinding noise on cold starts that happens typically when going up to 4th gear and then it’s done. Doesn’t really happens after that initial start. Is this normal?

I just bought a 2021 with 23,000 miles on it. And once the temperatures hit 20° F or colder I'm having the same issue on a cold start. Did you ever find out what yours was?

I have not gotten it figured out. I took it in and they said they couldn't replicate it, even though it is every cold start. I went through the bot above and that did nothing as they said I needed to make an appointment with my local dealer, which again I already did.

Not going to lie, I am not pleased with this truck and if I had to do it again probably wouldn't buy it. So probably my first and last Ford.
