No network connection error

Job 1 2021 Platinum.

Has anyone had this Issue and figured it out? (Pic attached) I saw one thread where somebody had success disconnecting the battery.

I’m mid road trip and have another 300 miles to go and a ignition cycle didn’t help (let it sit over 10 mins to fully reboot the sync)

Will see if the bluecruise works without network connection as I approach I-10 shortly.

May not apply here, but cell phones will have issues with connectivity if they think they have a WiFi they can use... trying to save mobile data. Could be that you need to turn off the truck's wifi temporarily. Hope you get it figured!
