I ordered my raptor mid June and I the dealer said Ford has not picked up my order?! Does this sound fishy to you guys? Thank you in advance.

First off, welcome to the forum!!

To answer your question, at least for now with the way production shortages have been going, it is completely normal for orders not to have been picked up.

Someone else correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Ford has even began job 1 for the F-150 Raptors ?. They just announced earlier this week that they were trimming production again.
