Anyone else experience trouble trying to get a status update on their order using the Ford vehicle tracking tool??
When putting in my VIN and order number, I get the below error message. Im 100% positive that my info is entered correctly as I have been able to check the status in the past. A Ford agent told me to clear my cookies and try a different browser. I did both of those and still keep getting this message.. I even restarted the computer. Also, I had tried on my work computer with the same result.
There is most definitely a status available as I have a window sticker and it went into production recently.
Anyone have any insight? Thanks.
