I had to replace the RH rear view mirror on my 2023 XL long bed and ordered a replacement unit online-forgot just where I got it. The mirror fit perfectly, and it looked exactly the same as the original one: size, finish, Molding marks etc.
However, when I started driving with the new mirror a vehicle seen in the main RH mirror now appears much, much, closer than it did before and also appears much closer that what I see in the windshield mounted rear view mirror. No optical illusions are noticed in the new RH mirror it's almost as if it is for a different application even though everything looks exactly like the original I nal.on.
Any thoughts on this ?
Thanks
