Yea Gunny till u get them and no clips hold them in place just 3M tape then they fall out while you drive and your screaming about $169 when u get out of your truck lol

If you buy them from Ford and pay a Ford dealer to install them, they will be factory and ESP warranty protected.

I bought them from Ford, I’ve decided to keep them and will probably provide more information in a future thread, but I’m not trusting the 3M tape to keep them secure and think it’s a joke that *insert foreign store that starts with Ali* could sell me LED badges with clips for less than these.

I installed mine 2 weeks ago holding up strong after few car washes. As stated earlier no plastic tabs so as a precaution I've ran few zip ties around metal vent insert and fender mounting holes it was a bit tricky but i got it done from wheel well side I've also heated 3m tape before installing time will tell but very satisfied with the look

What's with the hate for 3m tape? This is the vhb (very high bond) tape, right? Im pretty sure that stuff held on whole trim pieces in previous cars of mine and it never failed (I.e. the side panels of my 2000 grand am). I think the trick is to use adequate pressure when applying it to get the correct bond.

Or maybe this is cheaper non-vhb tabe?

I find that removing parts with clips is way easier than parts that are held on by 3M tape.
