More fun unsolved audio and nav issues. I took my 2021 Powerboost in for body work, recalls, and to fix the passenger side window.

They removed the bed from the vehicle and I saw that the truck was in "deep sleep mode" while the work was being done. Truck has been returned and now audio and ford navigation aren't working as well as any audio through carplay. When I click to turn on the audio nothing happens and all sources, while available, don't work.

I checked the fuses and removed and replaced them, disconnected the battery, did a hard reset. Dealer can't help me for 3 weeks and I'm going on vacation tomorrow. Any idea on what wire harness or something they may have failed to reconnect properly that could be causing the issue?

The truck says "low power mode" when I turn it on, so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I'm at a loss on what it could be. It also is "intelligent cruise control speed sign recognition not available" whenever I try to turn it on. I folded down the rear seat to check the amplifier and see if anything major was disconnected and didn't notice anything obvious. Appreciate any help or suggestions!

Send me your vin. I’ll see if there are any DTCs that stand out. Just a suggestion the BCM is located in the passenger kick panel. I’m not sure what all was done but it is possible they unplugged something there. Also check the BCM b under the hood. It is the fuse box behind the battery. Verify all the battery cables have been reconnected. They are all green and red. They bolt to the side of the bcmb

Could be one is disconnected. Once I get the vin and see what DTCs are there I can possibly give you a better direction.
