Navigation Voice Low - How To Adjust?

When the Ford navigation system interrupts the radio to give you a turn command the voice volume is extremely low. On my dads chevy he has a setting to adjust the volume to where you like it. I cannot imagine that Ford would not have this but I cannot for the life of me find it in the settings.

Does anyone know of a way to change this. Is the path in the settings menus to find it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

OMG Ha! It usually goes so fast I would have never figured that out and I have not been able to find documentation for it.

Once you get it where you like, does it stay there?
