I noticed yesterday that my navigation isn't functioning. I tried switching to the radio tab and then back to nav but that didn't work. I also don't see any messages in Ford Pass about failed OTA updates which I've read can cause this (my truck is only 6 weeks old though). I'm not sure how long it's been a problem as I typically use Android Auto. My next step is to factory reset Sync...does anyone have any other tips before I do that? Thanks!
