Navigation and cluster problems

My 2018 ford 150 Navigation stopped working and when i adjust the heat/AC the temperature doesn’t display on the Custer screen anymore, also when getting calls i some times can’t press the answer button on the cluster. even sometimes my radio wont turn off when i press the button. Need some help Please.
