Missing hose on air intake

So I was installing a Corsa cold air intake. When removing the stock one I noticed there appeared to be a hose missing going to the intake tube. I see no loose hose or anywhere it might go. The Corsa intake has a place for this hose also. I plugged the spot on the Corsa but seems odd this would be left off.
my truck is a 2024 Tremor with the 5.0.
anyone have any insight.
