My truck is in!!!! I laid eyes on it. 78 days from my order date of 3/9. Now the bad news. truck driver had a blow out and who's truck did the tire remnants hit. They will have to replace the driver side headlight, grill, and lower spoiler along with paint the bumper. I will found out tomorrow how long before parts will be available. Platinum PB, 4wd, 6.5' bed with spray in liner, wheel well liners, work station, max recline seats, under rear seat lockable storage. It was a priority 80. I don't understand how it got here so quick but I'm happy it did and I feel for those that have been waiting for so long.

How did you get the contact info for the regional rep? My salesman said that his GSM "had reached out but hadn't heard back" and it's now been over a week
My dealer forwarded an email string between himself and the regional rep. about a month ago. After hearing week after week and my ETA sitting on 4/17 I decided to send him an email directly really not expecting a response. He responded immediately. He gave me his perspective and why it was so difficult for dealers to track any of the redirected trucks. He did say at best the parking lot trucks were going to be mid summer before any were corrected and shipped. He also said the factory kept many of the chips that arrived and went back to work producing complete trucks and shipping to dealers. It is true that customer ordered trucks that are parked are taking priority of that batch but not a priority over new orders in the factory. He agreed leaving the original order in place but having the dealer process another new order would be the best approach if the dealer would do it. It is most likely the new order will deliver much sooner than my original 1/15/21 order.

Do you know how large of a region he would cover? I'm also in VA and have not been able to get reliable info from my dealer so would like to contact my regional rep if possible, he may be the same one I need to talk to.
