Looking for recommendations on a quality shop capable of installing a coil over or snap ring strut leveling kit in Utah. Obviously the snap ring strut requires swapping my OEM Powerboost spring over to the strut. I’ve talked to a couple installers and don’t get the feeling they know too much about leveling these trucks if it involves any customization. Sure there’s shops that can swap out the stock coils for Fox or similar, or throw in some pucks, but I want a shop that understands my Powerboost is heavier and may require adjusting the coil perches to get the appropriate amount of lift. I still haven’t decided wether to go with the Roush kit with 650 lb springs, Ford Performance kit with 550 lb springs, or Fox 2.0 snap ring struts that use my oem springs. I’m OCD so these types of decisions alway require a lot of research ?.
Still trying to decide on tire size as well. Last few days I’m thinking 285/60r20 on stock sport wheels. Last week I was leaning toward the 305/55r20 Ridge Grapplers with XL load range for weight reasons but am thinking the wide 305’s will rub. Need to make these decisions soon because my stock tires suck and winter is here.

I'm in the same boat as you. Have a Powerboost in transit and have also been exploring SLC installers and coil over options. I've pretty much decided I'm going to wait and see what Fox comes out with, specifically for the 21-22 Powerboosts with regard to spring rates for the 2.0 coilovers.

I asked some friends about SLC installed and one of them, with a very tricked out Jeep, recommended Jack-It in Midvale. I stopped by to talk to them and they seemed knowledgeable, but I have no install experience with them.

I purchased a set of Method 317's in titanium, 18" and +18 offset. Went back and forth on tire sizes and ultimately decided on 275/70R18 mainly because I didn't want to increase the tire weight substantially.

Congratulations on the new truck. Have you heard that fox is working on something specific for the Powerboost? I’m ready for new tires so unfortunately I don’t have time to wait for fox to come out with a Powerboost specific option. Jack-it was one of my considerations but I haven’t had time to stop by and check them out.

Thanks. Like you, I've probably read every thread on both 150 forums about PB coilovers. I don't have any firsthand knowledge that Fox or others, are working on coilovers specific to the heavier PB truck, but I would like to think they are. I'm going to wait it out and see what surfaces in the coming months.

I decided to go with the Fox 2.0 “Tuned by Ford Performance” kit that comes with 550 lb springs. Finally had it installed today and am happy with the results. Have only driven about 10 miles but am happy with the ride so far. BlueCruise seemed to be operating just fine for the short ride home. It may still have a just a little bit of rake but looks pretty level eyeballing it. Need to decide on wheels and tires next.
