Less engine power after 2.8.1 update?

My truck updated last night to power up version 2.8.1. This is the large update that takes a couple of hours. After driving around today, the truck seems more sluggish and the throttle response is not as aggressive. Also before the update, I remember the truck quickly pegging the factory boost gauge out at 20psi. Now it seems like it more gradually builds and maxes about 17psi. I have a 3.5 EB totally stock. It's still pretty quick but the truck really seemed to rip before the update. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

Don't know if this is helpful or not:

Mine is not showing any recent update info, but today is driving very sluggish. Feels like I'm in Eco mode when driving in Normal. Filled up yesterday evening with 93, so don't think it is a fuel issue.
