You have to call ford at their customer service # 800-392-3673. Tell them you want to start the Reacquired vehicle process. I haven’t hired a lawyer as of yet. I want to see how Ford handles this.

I’ve been through this without a lawyer and everything went smoothly, just be patient and make sure you keep calling to check on the status of the buyback. I believe it took me about a month to have a new truck since I started the process I probably called every other day and many emails to put pressure on them . It worked
