On June 30, 2023 I purchased a brand new raptor. As of the today the Vehicle has now been in service for 35 days straight. I have filed a case in early august for a buy back. The truck is throwing codes of just about every module that exist. The truck will go into limp mode. I've had the truck just not even want to start. Its detected it was in drive still while in park.
Some of the Errors-
TPMS
Engine Coolant Over Temp
Steering Service
Anti Lock Brake Fault
Restraints Indicator Lamp warning
Park Aid Malfunction
Service Engine Soon
Hill Start Assist Warning
Blind Spot Detection
Powertrain/Malfunction
Pre-Collision Assist Unavailable
This all started about 3 weeks after owning the Vehicle. It has now been in the Shop since August 9th. They still do not know what's wrong with the truck. They have Ford Engineers involved. Ford has stated they will not purchase the Vehicle back at this time. Georgia Lemon Law states 30 days out of service.
After they had the truck for the first week. They called me to say it was a bad battery and replaced it. I showed up to pick up the truck and they could not even start it to leave the spot it was it. Left the dealership and its been there since still.
Any advice on next steps. I've contacted an Attorney and about to send my letter today requesting buy back even though the Ford Rep on Customer Relations has already done it supposedly.
This has been the biggest Blunder of a Vehicle purchase I have ever witnessed.
